Thorn Baker are working with a popular fit out contractor based in Staffordshire who are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Project Manager as a result of growth and an increase in demand. They cover projects of varying value from £100,000 up to £3,000,000 across different sectors including retail, leisure and hospitality.

What we are looking for?

5+ years experience managing and delivering fit out projects

Ability to manage multiple sites - dependent on value

Cost control experience

Able to communicate at site and client level

Proficient with Microsoft packages (word, excel, project)

Communicate efficiently between internal teams

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Team player

Follow organizational policies and procedures

Knowledge of health and safety requirements
