Up to £375 - 400 Per Day - Outside IR35
On-site - Towcester

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with a world renown and award-winning F/M Company. They are expanding and enhancing their teams on site at one of their key accounts are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end Project Management solutions across Laboratory works.

The role is set to be contract to start but the length of work on site will likely run to between 3-5 years so there will be scope to become a permanent employee if desirable.

Based on our clients state of the art complex in Towcester we are looking for a candidate who has experience of effective management, budget control, compliance with all legislation including CDM Regulations, delivery and management of project files and effective asset hand over. The candidate must have experience of working within Laboratory environments

Person specification
  • Experience within a similar role or Senior Project Management position.
  • A Project Management qualification is required.
  • PRINCE 2 best practice project management is preferred.
  • IOSH certified (minimum)
  • Qualified to HNC / HND standard in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in a TFM environment would be advantageous.
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel,
