The Role:

We are currently seeking aSenior Production Engineerto join and lead our production team.

As the Senior Production Engineer, you will act as the interface between internal departments and third-party manufacturers to ensure effective transition of product designs into manufacture and through life supportability. You will support the onboarding of new third-party manufacturers and undertake activities to the improve quality, reduce production cost, and ensures the consistency of supply from approved suppliers. This role will also entail line management responsibilities of a small production team.

The Person:

At Viper we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and innovative in improving and finding solutions. The successful candidate should have Hons Degree, BTEC or HND/HNC in a relevant electrical/electronic discipline.

It would be advantageous to have previous experience of volume manufacture of printed circuit boards and high reliability to electron/electromechanical assemblies.
