This role operates within the European Product Marketing team and works in conjunction and close collaboration with Technical Marketing, Sales, Quote Centre and the Asset team. This role is open to being UK or EMEA based.

The key role is to develop, implement, execute and monitor Product Marketing strategies and solution sell campaigns for our Power supply & converter, LED driver and Battery line card, by evaluation of the product range, technology, and price and market footprint. The Product Manager is the central and main contact for suppliers, FAEs and Sales and is responsible for providing the best infrastructure with focus on technical support, our inventory profile, the creation and continued improvement of sales tools, as well as the monitoring and identification of market trends to secure our long term growth, competitiveness, profitability and improvement of our market position at EMEA level.

Requirements

· Experience of Power supply & converter products (AC/DC and DC/DC) within a customer, manufacturer or distributor

· Demonstrate a knowledge of market forces & conditions, and how we support customers to fulfill their needs, by utilizing best practice marketing, commercial & negotiation skills

· Preferably Degree educated with either a technical background and/or commercial training

· Good understanding of electronic design and application

· Strong desire to push ahead and proactively take responsibility in a matrix organisation.

· Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues and offer the highest levels of service and support

· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple activities effectively

· Confident, decisive, pragmatic and flexible

· Communicate effectively in English (written and oral)

· Good computer skills (Office 365, ERP-systems, SAP knowledge preferred).
