I am looking for an experienced product manager to join a Cloud Data Management company that is passionate about storing, retrieving, and streaming data instantly to any device.

The PM will be pivotal for managing the full product life cycle and bringing a new greenfield cloud solution to market.

a specialist in cloud infrastructure, you will work as part of a high-performance team driving our product category development to ensure we deliver against the product vision and outmanoeuvre competitors as we create and own a completely new category in the data management space.

The opportunity is to create the best data management services for cloud infrastructure in the industry. You will bring your considerable expertise in cloud infrastructure and work with world-class colleagues to create a multi-million $ revenue stream.

As a Product Manager, you will be commercially focussed. Knowledgeable about how our partners use cloud infrastructure, but above all else able to create propositions that are monetizable on a global scale.

Responsibilities and outputs

  • Develop a strategy for meeting the market opportunity including business cases, investment rationale and scenario canvasses
  • Drive the roadmap for Cloud Infrastructure
  • Act as a spokesperson at both internal and external presentations such as sales meetings and customer webinars
  • Focus delivery and go to market on creating a cadence of high-value software delivered in an iterative infrastructure
  • Act as “editor in chief” for the external roadmap document concerning your products
  • Analyse and understand the market opportunity, competitive landscape and customer needs, conducting research as necessary and working with product researchers and designers
  • Work with stakeholders develop a roadmap & supporting resource plan that meets this strategy
  • Orchestrate cross-business stakeholders, clients and development teams to execute the roadmap on time
  • Provide guidance and prioritisation of the product backlogs
  • Define the complete business model, including pricing, incentives, discounts, channels and markets
  • Ensure robust and timely delivery of all required capabilities including delivering process and support requirements
  • Monitor in-market proposition performance and take necessary actions to achieve KPIs
  • Develop detailed understanding of customer response to the proposition and feed this back into development of the proposition
  • Work with Finance to develop reports for KPIs
  • Responsible for in-life management of existing Cloud Services & Infrastructure
