We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our UK Team!

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our industrial products success. You will lead strategic planning and development efforts, ensuring products meet customer needs and achieve business goals. You will be guiding products from concept to market, making data-driven decisions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to create impactful and successful products.

Your Challenge

  • Product Management Excellence: Lead and manage the product management team to deliver exceptional product development and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement product management strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives and drive product success.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance product management processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and a seamless product development experience.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior Product Manager role, with a strong understanding of industry best practices in manufacturing/engineering/industrial product design
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and internal stakeholder communication.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing pricing and order-related information.
  • Familiarity with Visual Compliance and customer support software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel.
