WMP is on the hunt for a highly talented and experienced Senior Industrial designer. We are looking for highly creative and detail orientated designers who have experience ranging from initial insight gathering to design for manufacture.

With an office in Oxfordshire, WMP Creative has been running since 1984 and built a strong reputation for its professional, creative, client-centred approach. The small team of product designers have won numerous international design awards and enjoys delivering exceptional work for our clients.

We’re looking to strengthen the team, initially on a fixed 3-6 month contract basis, however with the strong possibility of full-time employment thereafter. We are looking for experienced Senior Industrial Designer who can manage both large scale projects as well as delivering smaller projects on an individual basis.

Job Description

Applicants must be skilled at concept generation and have a high level of sketching ability to communicate ideas with the team and clients. Applicants must be competent in SolidWorks and have experience using Keyshot and the Adobe CC suite.

Importantly, applicants must be a team player as well as being happy to work independently.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Project Industrial.
  • Skilled at Concept generation and good sketching ability.
  • High level of competence in Solidworks.
  • High level of competence in Keyshot.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – team player
  • Desire to deliver world-class work and have fun whilst doing so!
