Because cats make the world a better place Nyan Senior Producer We are seeking out a servant leader who is used to the cat herding, plate spinning world of game development. Heavily familiar with traditional game development methodology, you would ideally also be obsessed about bringing order from chaos, caring for your teams and bringing efficiencies to planning and execution. You will have been working across multiple teams or an entire game for a while now and be happy to work fully remotely. The challenge of remote planning and pastoral care should be familiar to you. You will report to the Lead Producer and be expected to hit the ground running helping set up workflows, pipelines and processes. You will use Jira, including Advanced Roadmaps, as well as Slack and O365. You will be fully remote and need to cross the streams between European, Singapore/Philippines and US-based leads and teams. You’ll be happy to come on board and prepare us for pre- and full-on production, rolling up your sleeves to dig in and help. We are particularly interested if you’re well-versed in art and design production. Also, we’re starting off with our Battle Royale PvP mode, before moving on to PvE, so experience with these sorts of games is great. Also, production experience with outsourcing and managing external partners is of course lovely. We are growing into a happy and functional team of awesome humans. While you do not need to love cats or be a crypto enthusiast, it would help if you at least think these things are pretty cool. The Lead Producer is UK based and you would need to have a decent crossover in terms of time available. He is also writing this job description and so isn’t going to give you a big list of what the job is – if you’re a senior producer, you know already that every day is an adventure when you are a-producing What can be said for sure though is that you need to be a confident and decent ‘project manager’ – there’s a lot of complex planning you’ll need to love being involved in.
