What we’re looking for

Provided you hold a degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, have previous experience working in chemical manufacturing or a process industry organisation, the company is open-minded about your background.

The job itself is ideal for a curious and critical thinking mindset with a focus on results and a positive can-do attitude.

You’ll also likely have experience in leading HAZOPs and design review studies and be competent in using Aspen Engineering software.

However, the experience of operations in high temperatures and scaling-up process operations would be a massive plus for this position.

Working professionally in a small company environment also won’t phase you; this company is growing, so it won’t be an SME for long.

And of course, you’ll need the right soft skills too. You’re self-motivated – always looking to improve – and capable of working well in a team, with good all-round communication skills; your colleagues would recognise you as someone who’s always respectful of others.
