Key responsibilities:
  • Develop, in conjunction with Project Managers and Engineers a project Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Develop, in conjunction with Cost Engineers a Cost Breakdown Structure to enable assignment of activities to Cost Centers.
  • Develop planning outputs and reports in conjunction with project engineers such as Gantt charts, progress bar-charts, manhour reports and S-curves.
  • Prepare, manage and update regional and global vessel schedule for projects and prospects, including vessel scenarios and sensitivity studies.
  • Assist with resource planning within business unit using people planner in Agresso and/or other software – current and future needs.
  • Prepare, manage and update project schedules ensuring that all relevant Client, Contractor/Third party schedules are incorporated at the correct level within the overall integrated project schedule

Requirements

Education:
  • BSc in Engineering related subject

(Experience can compensate for lack of formally proven competence)

Experience / Knowledge:
  • Experience in Primavera (P3/P6) or similar
  • Experienced in Microsoft Project
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator, reader and writer
  • Able to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to resolving problems with a pleasant and articulate manner
  • Good working knowledge of Business Management Systems
  • Demonstrable experience in the Energy Industry

(Training program can compensate for lack of experience)
