This is a new vacancy for a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join a national firm.
Based in North Staffordshire with the opportunity for hybrid working, the role involves running a team of Personal Injury Fee Earners. A key element of the role involves mentoring and supervising team members and supporting them with Fast-Track EL and PL cases, so an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise to grow talent within the wider team is essential. You will have experience of EL and PL matters and demonstrable experience providing supervision and coaching in legal practice.
In addition to supporting the team, you will also have excellent networking skills, enabling you to liaise with clients and colleagues, attend marketing events and deliver training.
