Role Overview:

As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will lead, inspire, and develop Executives & Assistants in our market-leading in-house Paid Media team. You will help spearhead best-in-class Paid Media implementation across Paid Social, Paid Search & Digital Display.

Your role will be to lead the strategy and account direction, predominantly working with our tier 1 partners such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Bing, Apple, Pinterest as well as emerging platforms and opportunities.

You will also manage key stakeholders across the business, as well as integrating with other parts of the Multi-Channel team such as Organic Search, Affiliates & Partnerships, Content, as well as CRO and Analytics teams.

Key Duties:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding & showcase a practical ability of working with paid social channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, test, learn and maximise performance.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure maximum cross channel efficiencies.
  • Provide the senior management team with regular updates on the performance of KPIs and optimisations.
  • Complete internal audits across your accounts, continually evolve account strategy and avenues for growth within the channel
  • Develop a close working relationship with external suppliers such as Facebook, Twitter, TikTok etc.
  • Monitor media buying strategies and keep up to date with industry research, audience and distribution figures
  • Build and manage innovative consumer focused paid social campaigns from scratch with a core focus on KPIs.
  • Act as our paid social visionary with the ultimate goal to increase revenue and market share within these channels

Professional Skills:

  • Ability to identify issues and be pro-active in providing solutions.
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure across a high level of Paid Social and/or Paid Search accounts.
  • Highly literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • A high attention to detail.

Experiences:

  • Experience in managing sophisticated Paid Social/Paid Search campaigns.
  • In depth knowledge of Paid Media, from an implementation perspective.
  • Facebook DPA, Retargeting and Google Shopping experience.
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • An appreciation of the Paid Media ecosystem (i.e. how Paid Search influences Paid Social).
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified & Twitter Flight School desired.
  • Google Ads Certified desired.
  • Second language an advantage.
