OVERVIEW:

As Senior Paid Media Consultant, you will join Target with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in paid media advertising, gained in-house or from another agency. You’ll form part of a fast-growing performance marketing team, working on exciting projects for our amazing clients. You’ll be account managing a number of client accounts, drawing insights and optimising & reporting on campaigns across Search & Social platforms including Google & Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & Amazon Ads for predominantly B2C brands. You must be data literate and have some understanding of Google Analytics, Data Studio & Tag Manager. An analytical mind is vital and competency using Excel/Sheets is important.

KEY DUTIES:

  • Day-to-day analysis & optimisation of ad accounts across all channels, audiences, and creatives when a campaign is in flight to ensure we deliver on our objectives for any given brief
  • Planning, building and launching campaigns and projects for clients of all sizes
  • Analysing and reporting on data using Data Studio, Excel and Slides, providing meaningful insights that detail performance against client KPIs
  • Understand the performance at both a macro and micro level to ensure recommendations to clients are based on sound data and can lead to quantifiable growth
  • Establish meaningful and engaging relationships with clients via email, video conference, Slack and in-person, ensuring they have total transparency and are well informed
  • Support the Paid Media Manager and the leadership team with other tasks as required, including the preparation of presentations and pitches for new business

MUST HAVE:

  • 2 years’ paid search and paid social experience (either in-house or agency)
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
  • Honesty and opinionated
  • Transparency and trustworthiness
  • An analytical or creative mind
  • Well organised, efficient and punctual

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Agency experience
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables etc
  • Demonstrable experience in a client facing role, managing performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience with client communication - presentations, meetings, updates and calls and client outings.
  • Understanding of wider eCommerce principles - customer cohort analysis, CAC, LTV metrics
  • Experience with manipulating product feeds for Shopping/PerformanceMax campaigns
