Join us in this role where you’ll be building change management capabilities into the organisation by both developing OCM tools and methods and also by acting as a change manager on specific initiatives. You’ll specifically be responsible for digitalising our change portfolio tool, so it becomes both scalable and easy to use. And together with colleagues, you’ll make sure that various business areas are implementing the tool whiles they upgrade their general capabilities in Organisational Change Management (OCM).

Welcome to Agile Delivery
You’ll be part of OCM CoE where you, together with your colleagues, will continuously build and improve our OCM framework, including methods and tools, to make sure that we have a uniform OCM practice, language, and mindset across the company. We’re ten OCM consultants in the team who’re supporting this journey by developing new methods and tools, driving partnerships, conducting OCM training across the company, facilitating Change Cafes for our community, and by driving the change work on specific initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving digitalisation of the Change portfolio tool so it becomes scalable and easy to use
  • facilitating and driving Change partnerships with relevant business areas to increase Change capabilities with specific roles and, consequently, product adoption
  • acting as OCM consultant on digital initiatives, making sure that implementations are successful by acting as the voice of the OCM framework ensuring that appropriate methodologies and tools are applied.
To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree or higher and substantial experience leading change management in large organisations
  • are analytical and structured in your approach and are skilled in examining information, documenting facts, and interpreting data
  • have extensive experience with organisational change management as a change lead and are accustomed to using best practice methods and tools to ensure benefit realisation
  • have extensive experience in translating change processes into actions and approaches that feel beneficial to the stakeholders
  • have extensive experience with organisational change management as a change lead and are accustomed to using best practice methods and tools to ensure benefit realisation
  • are analytical and structured in your approach and are skilled in examining information, documenting facts, and interpreting data, and you have a solid understanding of IT, agile ways of working, and project management.
