• A proven track record of providing WAN & LAN support in diverse environments
• Basic understanding of Network Automation tools and methodologies (Puppet, Chef, Ansible)
• Basic Ability to code in common scripting language, Python , PowerShell
• Experience of remote Access solutions (client VPN, small office VPN, business to business VPN)
• Experience of Network security (firewalls and security monitoring)
• Experience of Network Hardware (Meraki routers and switches, cabling, firewalls)
• Experience of public and private DNS (Microsoft/AWS Route 53), DHCP
• Knowledge of Identity Management (Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, 2 Factor Auth, TACACS, Cisco ACS, Radius, PEAP)
