Main duties of the job

The position holder will provide operation supervision for the Marshal/Gywyr team, by prioritising a workload and tasks effectively, supporting, connect operational services effectively and efficiently across the vaccination service and contributing to realising Statutory Conformity within the field of their responsibility.

The post holder will implement duty rotas and agree changes to the rota on a daily basis to meet the needs of the service, also assisting with the population of advance duty rotas. Also assist peers with the implementation of Workforce Policies and Procedures, e.g. recruitment, selection, welfare, sickness absence, etc

The successful candidate will be working across the sites of the Optic Centre St Asaph and Sector House, Llandudno.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
