3. INTRODUCTION
We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of Euromoney Leaning’s marketing strategy to deliver £8m+ in revenue. The Senior Marketing Manager will also manage a Marketing Executive based in London.
4. JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Marketing Manager will play a key role in the growth of Euromoney Learning’s revenue. They will be accountable for planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver high quality Customised Learning leads to the sales team, and bookings onto open enrolment courses taking place across the globe.
They will also be responsible for the management and skills development of the Marketing Executive, ensuring that the team’s workload is delegated according to skill levels, reviewed, and delivered to a high standard.
This is a player/manager role, and any applicants should be comfortable with both strategic planning and executing marketing campaigns across channels including email, social and search.
5. KEY OBJECTIVES
  • Devise and execute marketing campaigns that deliver high quality Customised Learning leads to the sales team
  • Devise and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that deliver bookings onto open enrolment courses
  • Manage the Marketing Executive ensuring all workload is delegated, prioritised, reviewed and constructive feedback is provided
  • Understand the impact of marketing activity in order to optimise campaigns and report success back to the business
  • Ensure the visual identity and brand tone of voice is upheld in all brand and campaign assets when working with in-house tools and external designers
  • Own the allocation, forecasting and management of the marketing budget
  • Act as the website owner, ensuring any required updates are made and any issues are raised to the product development team
  • Maintain good relationships with external partners
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder groups including sales, product and logistics

6. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Experience & skills
  • Minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience, ideally within the financial and/or training industries
  • Minimum 1 year experience of managing and upskilling junior marketing professionals
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and tactical level; equally comfortable executing the work as setting the strategy
  • Strong understanding of best practices in B2B lead generation across the full range of channels
  • Experience planning and executing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience forecasting and managing marketing budgets
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practice
  • Experience using marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Sprinklr, Stripo, Canva, Brightspot)
  • Experience working in Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • IT Literate (e.g. MS office, particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
