We are working with a leading house builder looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive in Brixton, London.The business is looking for a proven new homes marketing professional to help deliver the marketing strategy across their portfolio of upcoming developments.

Reporting in to the Marketing Manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £36,000 plus benefits. This role is remote working with office visits when required.

It is essential you have experience in delivering marketing strategies for residential developments. It is a requirement to have worked for a housebuilder or developer.

You will be used to delivering integrated marketing campaigns, working to schedule and managing budgets. You will have experience developing strategy and working with PR and creative agencies. You will have generated direct marketing, have experience in literature production and have coordinated events. You will work closely with the sales team to measure the success of campaigns.

You will be creative, innovative, proactive, a team-player and have a real passion for property. You will be able to manage multiple projects and will be highly organised and able to work to deadlines.

You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages and have used CRM systems, email systems and web CMS systems

N.B. Only applicants who have marketing experience in new homes working for a developer will be considered.

Creative and able to think outside the box
A team player.
Passionate about property.
Valid UK driving licence
