Search are partnering with an up and coming SME based in North Birmingham who are looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their team. The role will see the individual managing the finance team and guiding them through month and year-end responsibilities.

This role will also give you exposure to business partnering with regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders as well as driving processes improvements and provide a general overview of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • looking after month end and year end processes
  • Budget and Forecasts
  • Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibilities of Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Any Ad-hoc requirements

Role Requirements

  • Qualified professional CIMA/CIMA or finalist
  • Experience within month and year end requirements
  • The role requires interaction with a range of stakeholders, influencing at all levels and across functions
  • Ability to communicate with non-finance areas of the business and present information in an understandable manner
