What’s the role?

I’m working closely with an independent Lettings agency in Southampton to help them find an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator. The role is varied but involves letting the existing portfolio, whilst also helping to grow the business through landlord valuations.

The branch has built a very good lettings business with over 200 properties under management with a mixture of Student and professional lets.

They have plans to expand this portfolio not only in Southampton but also to open offices in the surrounding areas.
