£44,414 to £52,841 per annum*(Up to £57,723 per annum for an exceptional candidate)The Faculty of Health & Wellbeing at the University of Winchester are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring individual to join our Midwifery Team. The successful postholder will be required to support the planning and delivery of our new Midwifery Programmes currently in development for Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) approval in early September 2023. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders to develop course materials that meet current workforce development needs and contribute to the ongoing development of the Midwifery programmes.Our ideal candidate will possess a high level of insight into contemporary midwifery practice and experience in practice-based education. Knowledge of contemporary policy and professional standards, as well as theories and concepts that underpin midwifery practice and education is essential.
