Job Title: Senior IT Technician

Location: Harrogate

Salary: £30,000

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior IT Technician to join our team in Harrogate. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in and around the area.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve hardware, software and network issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and colleagues
  • Provide timely and accurate resolution of technical issues
  • Install, configure and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Ensure data security and system integrity
  • Maintain detailed records of IT tasks and processes
  • Manage user accounts and access privileges
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an IT Technician or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of computers and networks
  • Sound knowledge of server and desktop installation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
