What you will do Managing and maintaining a Windows Server Network, including Active Director Server Backup Management and Monitoring Configuration, maintenance, deployment and support of both Windows & Apple Mac computers and mobile devices (using Jamf). Allowing both in-house proficient use and remote working connectivity Device patching and vulnerability management Input into Company IT Purchasing, Licensing, Auditing and Asset Management VOIP System Support and Management To provide proactive support in helping with the general maintenance of all ICE office sites Supporting the in-house development team with client server maintenance Managing and Maintaining Azure Infrastructure Writing and Managing IT documentation Manage and maintain PfSense and Watchguard Firewalls Ensure company is meeting standards in CE/CE Plus and delivering cyber standards Proactive monthly and quarterly IT reporting Ensure effective recording of ticketing system Help with the delivery of projects in the digital team Technical Liaison with Bids Team for latest sales related projects Day-to-day management/support and adhoc training for the IT Apprentice.Abilites, Skills and Knowledge Microsoft 365 Azure Voip Network Support Active Directory Firewall RouteSenior IT and Technology Lead Established in Didsbury, Connexa Technology Ltd is becoming one of the UK’s fastest growing IT and Technology recruitment companies.
