Main Purpose of Role:
In this role you will be using your employee benfits expertise to keep our international employee benefits reports up to date.
Your day-to-day will involve researching and assessing current social security and typical employee benefits practices across 69 selected territories, identifying areas for further analysis and data in need of review, as well as liasing with clients and providing support to other parts of the business on all things EB.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Analysis-based updates to employee benefits reports for 69 countries
  • Fact-checking and editing country report updates conducted by other team members
  • Researching and answering technical employee benefits questions for client queries as well as checking client query answers where necessary
  • Providing on-demand training to more junior team members
  • Writing on-demand employee benefit content based on report findings
  • Participating in client meetings, presentations and demonstrations
  • Scoping and leading projects where necessary.

Skills and Experience Required:

We know it’s not a skill, but the successful candidate must have permission to work in the role’s location by the start of their employment.


You will also need;

  • Sufficient experience in the employee benefits (or other relevant) industry
  • Excellent understanding of international employee benefits, including retirement, death, sickness, disability and medical benefits; IEBA, PMI or other relevant qualification is desirable
  • A good eye for detail and ability to work to a high degree of accuracy, as our reports include many finite details which require careful line by line checking
  • Excellent writing and editing skills and ability to create appropriate text that would blend into existing reports
  • Strong internet research skills and ability to navigate unfamiliar and non-English websites
  • Strong critical analysis skills and an ability to navigate a global employee benefit or other relevant global context
  • Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in one or more major foreign languages is highly desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word; familiarity with MS SharePoint is desirable
