What we are looking for:

Due to our expansion, we are recruiting for a highly motivated Senior Internal Sales Executives with the prospect of becoming the Internal Sales Manager to support the wider, national sales team. You will be joining a team of passionate and driven colleagues within a fast paced, collaborative environment.

Previous experience in a senior internal sales role is required along with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

· Supporting the wider sales team with an administrative focus.

· Answering incoming telephone calls quickly, courteously and in an efficient manner.

· Prompt follow-up on customer enquiries.

· Preparing all documentation required and logging orders/follow ups on CRM system.

· Working closely with outside sales representatives and distributors.

· Building rapport with customers, establishing credibility when providing product & service information.

· Liaising closely with the Production department.

· Outbound calling and key account management.

Required skills & competencies:

· Excellent communication skills – with a professional telephone manner.

· Ability to work as part of a successful, sales-driven team.

· A positive attitude.

· Willingness to undertake required training.

· Commercially minded and possess a good business acumen.
