Howcould you helpus do this?

We are searching for an energetic, open-minded Senior IT Internal Auditor to join a growing Internal Audit function. Responsibilities for this role will include assisting with preparing internal audit methodology documents and leading and/or performing audits alongside our co-sourced Internal Audit Partner.

As the function grows, additional responsibilities will include greater responsibility and input into the IT audit plan. The work collaboration includes a strong liaison with internal stakeholders across the business at a senior level and will report into the Assurance Manager Internal Audit.

What kind of work would you be doing?

• Audits complex business processes and performs ad- hoc internal audits.
• Identifies inherent and residual risks and conducts risk-based audits.
• Develops an in-depth understanding of the function to be audited, summarizes findings and identifies improvements.
• Supervises assigned audit activities.
• Manages and supports accounting and/or operational audits from start to finish.
• Conducts complex research and data analysis for various audit projects.
• Stays abreast of leading practices in auditing procedures, accounting regulations, governmental regulations, and internal control procedures.
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Systematic understanding of internal audit policies and operating principles.
• Intermediate understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.
• Intermediate risk assessment and scoping skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Solid financial and business acumen.
• Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution, and implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  

What achievements should you have so far?

We think in order to add immediate value and to succeed in thisrole, you should have at least 4+ years of experience as an auditor in Big 4, preferably experience in the IT industry sector;

Qualifications in business or economics; degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., ACA/ACCA) preferable;

Good knowledge of Cyber Security, systems implementation and ITGCs;

A base level of experience in SoX and risk management would be an advantage;

Advanced English is a must, another European language is an advantage.
