We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Insight Analyst to join our highly effective Business Intelligence (BI) Team. The role will involve leading and co-ordinating data-led projects across the business, including delivering our customer experience platform, with responsibility for ensuring stakeholders are able to understand and utilise insights from the data. You will also be responsible for the line management of an insight analyst.

The role requires excellent analytical & communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. The postholder will champion the use of data and intelligence across the organisation, supporting colleagues at all levels to engage with a culture of insight-led decision-making and to identify their own Business Intelligence requirements.
