Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful and growing Nottingham based business with the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join a busy and growing team.
Job Description
The role of Senior HR Business Partner is a generalist position, supporting the HR Manager with the development and implementation of the People plan. This includes, but not limited to:
- Work with managers to understand people issues and improve engagement and performance
- Provide line management support and coaching as required
- Management of employee relations casework
- Lead on the implementation of organisational change
- Keep HR policies up to date
- Act as HR representative on recruitment panels
- Act as a good HR role model for people practices
- Act as HR lead on projects
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role.
This role offers a mix of office and remote working.
