Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful and growing Nottingham based business with the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join a busy and growing team.

Job Description

The role of Senior HR Business Partner is a generalist position, supporting the HR Manager with the development and implementation of the People plan. This includes, but not limited to:
  • Work with managers to understand people issues and improve engagement and performance
  • Provide line management support and coaching as required
  • Management of employee relations casework
  • Lead on the implementation of organisational change
  • Keep HR policies up to date
  • Act as HR representative on recruitment panels
  • Act as a good HR role model for people practices
  • Act as HR lead on projects
