Global Air Supplies Ltd. (G.A.S) is a horticulture and ventilation expert. From designing and producing purpose-built environmental control equipment to working with some of the manufacturers around the world. G.A.S is searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Team based at our office in Wath-Upon-Dearne.

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the consistent visual representation of the company, its brands and supervise two Graphic Designers.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager on strategy, the successful candidate will bring concepts to life creatively and develop all visual aspects of marketing campaigns. While ensuring accurate communication of brand values and showcasing design best practices.

Main Duties:

• Creation and development of visual identities for G.A.S brands.
• Develop, implement, and uphold brand guidelines.
• Contribute to wider marketing strategy and develop concepts into presentable campaigns.
• Collaborate internally to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platforms.
• Take campaign briefs and design concepts and bring them to life.
• Guide and advise fellow employees on creative projects.
• Supervise two Graphic Designers. This includes assigning tasks, overseeing, and coaching on the creative process.
• Communicate and facilitate the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communication pieces for both in print and digital environments. This includes but is not limited to: brochures, posters, flyers, catalogues, emails, clothing, POS, social media, signage and product packaging.
• Listen to feedback from key stakeholders and make required adjustments.

About you:

• Minimum of 5 years design experience in an inhouse creative department or design firm.
• Expert knowledges of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML and motion graphics is plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills and addition to detail.
• Expert knowledge in graphic production process for digital and print.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guide creatively while upholding brand identifies.
• Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
• Experience supervising a team is desirable.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 36.5 hours per week. 9-5 Monday - Thursday, 9-4 Fridays. 3-month probationary period. Role is office based at Global Air Supplies, Rotherham.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
