Team

The Global Talent Operations teams drives operational rigor and scale throughout the ServiceNow Global Talent team in partnership with our HR Centers of Expertise – understanding their business strategy, philosophy, and requirements while leading the change and operational activities to bring programs to life at scale for our 15,000 employee, and growing, global workforce.

Role

We are seeking a Senior Global Talent Programs Analyst to develop, implement and improve HR programs and initiatives aligned with the Global Talent organisation’s objectives. The position will build partnerships with key stakeholders and will drive business and process improvements. You will ensure excellent partnership across Global Talent to identify issues, utilise benchmarking, develop solutions, and present recommendations. The role will be responsible for incubating new initiatives, turbo-charging existing program and leading continuous improvement activities of existing HR processes.

What You Get To Do In This Role
  • Provide analyst support to key Global Talent programs, starting with the Global Time Off Project which aims to deliver new and enhanced time off plans in Workday to meet country legislation and practice requirements.
  • Requirements gathering from various Global Talent stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the needs of employees and the business.
  • Partner with a cross functional team to develop and deliver effective and efficient solutions.
  • Build processes and operational playbooks.
  • Perform Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and solve business problems.
  • Work with key stakeholders to establish and track effective operational measures for GT programs.
  • Execute change management plans.
  • Execute ad hoc projects arising from rapidly changing business environment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have
  • 3+ years working in Human Resources
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for business
  • Experience improving complex business process flows
  • Outstanding skills with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Openness to learn in a team environment and willing to take on responsibility for your own projects
  • Superior organizational skills; results-focus with superb execution and follow-through; highly detail oriented
  • Preferred: Experience supporting time off policy across multiple countries
  • Preferred: Workday experience
