SENIOR FAMILY SOLICITOR - ESSEX -

Head of Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) -

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to lead the Family Department at this Essex-based practice. This is a firm with an excellent reputation in Family matters in the area and is looking to continue its success.

You will need to have a solid grounding in the full spectrum of private family law matters and have strong business development skills. You will be enjoy lots of autonomy and be central to the strategic direction of the Family Law Department.

Typical matters you will be leading on include: financial remedies on divorce, children’s matters, domestic abuse issues, cohabitation agreements and disputes and much more.

The role enjoys a highly competitive salary and a very healthy workload.
