A well established and profitable £70m t/o main building contractor is looking to strengthen their pre-contract team with the appointment of an Estimator or Senior Estimator.

Their contracts are generally in the education and healthcare sector covering refurbishment, fit-out and new build works from £1-10m both traditional and Design and Build.

They seek someone with estimating and tendering experience from a similar main contracting background who has a stable track record and is looking to join a caring and growing business.

They are based in Hertfordshire with good access to the A1 and M1 corridors so good home locations are Watford, Hitchin, Luton, Dunstable.

Depending on experience they will pay up to £85k + car or allowance plus usual benefits.
