Blazye Group are partnered with an award winning high rise developer in the search for a Senior Estimator to based out of their head office in Enfield, North London. The business has fared exceptionally well over the past year and as a result are looking to further bolster their team.

Reporting to the Head of Estimating the successful candidate will oversee 8/10 new sites a year consisting of mainly RC Frame but also a small part of traditional build schemes. The current team consists of a Senior Estimator, Estimator and a trainee all who report into the Head of Estimating. You will work with the Land and Planning departments in the preparation of Land bids as well as providing cost plan updates and prepare priced bills of quantities for the Commercial Department.

The successful candidate will preferably have experience working with a residential developer if not a Tier one contractor. You should have experience of costing RC Frame projects and be able to take off and produce bills of quantities.
