Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Minor Injuries Unit in Llandudno General Hospital for a highly experienced lead nurse.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated lead nurse to manage the unit and lead on the development of innovative pathways in collaboration with our Clinical Lead for MIU and the Head of Nursing.

This is a clinical role and the post holder, along with managing the unit, will also be expected to work clinically as an autonomous practitioner.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
