Role and responsibilitiesEditing videos to a consistently high standard in Premiere Pro on time and on budgetCreating animations and motion graphics Ensuring our edits adhere to clients’ branding and designUsing your experience and knowledge to actively contribute to team creative sessions and helping to pitch ideasManaging the workflow of video content in post-production, including storage and archiving and working to continuously develop and improve our postproduction processOverseeing junior editors and problem solving with them and helping to train new starters and creatives on postproduction systemsMaintaining impeccable grammar and punctuation skillsWorking with client feedback and providing feedback within the teamKeeping a wider view of current project statuses and acting preemptively to ensure project success using Monday.com boards and other management toolsUndertaking research and tasks alongside the rest of the team to grow the companyExperience and requirements:Excellent editing skills with an appreciation of timing, pace, colour and compositionExperienced in video editing, sound design and post production in programmes like Premiere Pro, After Effects and AuditionExperience of using Apple computers and Google Workplace a bonusProven and demonstrable experience of editing videos across a range of client types and industries in a creative environment, with experience creating videos for social media ads or social media content especially desirableExperienced in editing as part of a teamA desire to be part of a growing team of creatives with the ability to get stuck into all parts of the processThe ability to work under pressure, a constant eye on the details and always striving to produce work to the very highest standards.A genuine passion for social video and branded content
