Job Purpose

They are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement and delivery of key Digital products that are at the centre of the company’s strategic priorities and growth plans. A core part of the Digital Product Manager’s responsibilities include the development and future launches of the automated real time customer on-boarding system with the potential to manage mobile apps and other key digital tools.

Investing in new solutions to help customers and prospect better manage their business related payments and expenses is the number 1 growth area for the business with exciting and ambitious plans to increase the customer base in 2022 and beyond. Alongside new customer acquisition campaigns and activity to drive value with existing customers, your role will be to work with your business partners and utilise customer data to ensure you deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Accountabilities

As the Senior Digital Product Manager you will own the strategic development, and plans for priority Digital initiatives at. Reporting to the Head of Digital Commercialisation you will regularly be working with and presenting to senior stakeholders across the business. Whilst working as the UK lead you will partner with colleagues across Europe and the SalesForce lead to utilise and share best practices as well as input into the development of digital products.

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Develop an unparalleled understanding of our customer needs and digital products
  • Have excellent project management and matrix management skills
  • Appraise new ideas for market viability based on market research and customer needs and develop exceptional digital on-boarding experiences for these prospects
  • Assess the competition by comparing products, propositions and online journeys
  • Assess the viability of digital product developments, their commercial value and profitability as well as lead the planning process
  • Create and deliver long- and short-term digital product roadmaps and execute against these plans ensuring projects are prioritised effectively
  • Bring new, exciting propositions to market with return-on-investment analysis
  • Work with project delivery teams as well as the SalesForce lead to successfully launch new products and iterations on-time and within budget as well as to ensure your requirements form part of a prioritised backlog
  • Work with colleagues and senior stakeholders across the region including Digital, Product Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Finance, IT and SaleForce teams
