As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be hands-on, working with the Product and Marketing Team to raise awareness of hampers.com within UK and international markets, driving new traffic to the website and supporting our Ecommerce and Corporate Sales teams.

You will be brand-centric, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure content, collateral and materials are consistent with our tone of voice and brand guidelines.

What you will be doing day to day?

  • Working alongside the Head of Online Sales and Head of Product and Marketing to assist on our SEO activity. This will be through creating website content and working cross functionally across all teams to ensure SEO is aligned with product and sales targets.
  • Increase our media presence, building direct press relationships, and working with an external PR agency to launch engaging campaigns which enhance our reach and cement our brand position with target audiences, ensuring all output is on-brand and in line with our company values.
  • Manage our social communities, bringing our brand to life through relevant and exciting content across current and emerging platforms to help drive awareness and increase engagement.
  • Reporting monthly on the performance of our social channels and PR activity to feed into the wider product and marketing monthly reports.
  • Develop compelling written content which aligns with our tone of voice and enhances our website, and build material which supports our commercial targets.
  • Work with the Creative team to brief assets, material and collateral that drive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing material that supports our ecommerce and offline sales activity, including brochures, leaflets and product material.
  • Assist with the management of activations, events and trade shows
  • Champion brand marketing across the business. Represent brand interests in cross-functional projects, ensuring that guidelines are being followed
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of latest industry advances to keep our marketing up to date and ahead of competitors.

What we will need from you?

  • Digital marketing experience
  • Experience of managing external partners and suppliers
  • Copywriting skills, particularly to support SEO
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong team player who can support and work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
