Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Senior Designer at WQA:

On any given day you might

• Lead team through multiple projects and ongoing timelines
• Oversee the creation and production of campaigns and designs solutions for our clients
• Handle a variety of projects that range from interface and product design to branding, and campaigns
• Manage and create complex design systems for our clients
• Inspire team and provide mentorship in all areas of production including visual, copy, and experience design
• Execute design work to ensure final deliverables meet WQA standards and client expectations
• Act as a design liaison between our team and customer
• Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications
• Experience in working with Design Directors and Direction briefs
  
  

The ideal person

• Has a proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work, and a master-level understanding of design, including typography and layout
• Has knowledge of visual, interactive, and motion design trends, and is fluent in simple executions that make big statements
• Must have experience in creating visual interface designs for websites and mobile applications
• Is both a hands-on Designer and a natural leader
• Is a fresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills within the agency team and with clients
• Has outstanding presentation skills
• Has experience in developing visual look and feel for campaigns or content experiences
• Can lead a team and mentor junior team members
• Has a portfolio demonstrating innovative use of technology or social media
• Is self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communications skills
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience designing for the web and mobile
• Proficiency in Mac OSX, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Solid remote team experience.
