Senior Data Engineer Remote Permanent£70,000-£90,000My Client are a leading software, IT and Digital engineering consultancy based in the City of London. You will be working with a wide range of clients across the public and private sectors and will have the opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects.You will be expected to have following experience as a minimum:
  • Python
  • Spark
  • Some AWS/GCP/Azure/Snowflake experience
  • Willingness to learn other languages and technologiesIdeally you will have;
  • Proven experience in one or more of the following languages e.g. Python, Scala, Java.
  • Comfortable working on client sites alongside engineers and data scientists.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Familiarity with relational and non relational databases.
  • Data pipeline technologies, eg: Apache Spark
