THE COMPANY:

An exciting and innovative automotive company are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join their new Customer Centre in Tamworth.

THE ROLE:

A successful candidate will be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience, striving to continually exceed customer expectations. You will have experience in managing/supervising teams, and are forward-thinking, with an eye for detail and a resourceful problem solver.
  • Working closely with the Centre Manager to develop the on-site team in terms of day-to-day processes
  • Supporting walk-in customers through their browsing process and customers who are at the site with payments and refunds.
  • Working closely with the onsite teams to ensure the customer’s pick-up or returns experience is seamless and issue-free.
  • Proactively assist any customers who experience any post-sales issues.
  • Build rapport and assist all customers to resolve any complaints/issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.
  • Translating any technical automotive or financial jargon into plain English to make it simpler for our customers.
  • Looking after the customer-facing area, ensuring the space is always kept tidy and presentable, and refreshment facilities are topped-up regularly.



THE PERSON:
  • Customer obsessed and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent face-to-face communicator and highly personable.
  • Previous experience of successfully working in high-end retail, hospitality or concierge roles is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to problem solve and think on your feet with a ’Can Do’ attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a natural desire to take ownership.
  • Collaborative and keen to be a team player.
