We make and supply kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furniture into the new build and affordable housing sector as well as several retail brands, which are sold in independent retailers throughout the UK. In addition, we manufacture furniture for builders’ merchants, large DIY stores and directly to individual customers.

We are currently seeking a Senior Credit Analyst who will report into the Credit Manager, working from our location in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will work pro-actively providing analytical support for the Credit & Risk Department

Main duties and responsibilities

Reporting & analysis:

· Weekly KPI reporting to Credit Manager

· Sales forecasting & Invoicing analysis

· Monthly debt reporting to Sales Team

· Monthly analysis of customer deductions and query levels reporting to Credit Manager

· Preparing monthly full site reconciliation to support application process

Cash:

· Posting daily cash receipts & banking

Query handling:

· Handling complex customer queries, internal investigation and follow up through to resolution stage within a given timescale

· Liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to conclude all queries in a timely manner

· Log all incoming queries onto internal database

· Controlling customer payment deductions (contra’s and debit notes)

Administration:

· Preparing monthly backing documentation for application process for submission to customer

· Fortnightly statement preparation

· Collating data for analysis
