About us

Simeone Group is a fast-growing restaurant business operating 12 branches in the UK and Europe, as well as a popular online platform Home-X.

As we expand our services to offer our customers even more choice and experience based on food, we’re looking for a talented Senior Creative who’ll take ownership of our brand delivery and communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic brand design and a great passion for detail in typography, packaging and verbal communication.

About the role

As a Senior Creative, you’ll see your ideas come to life as products, brands, services and experiences that keep thousands of people engaged. Your day to day responsibilities will include designing branding and packaging for new products, contributing to exciting campaign creatives, producing photo shoots and occasionally, tasting food. Being a part of a small team, you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our strategic direction and design culture, but most of all, we hope you’ll have loads of fun creating the best work of your life. Requirements:

3–5 years experience as a graphic, visual, brand, or marketing designer

BA Degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study (not a must, but nice to have)

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Working across a variety of top-level creative projects from branding and packaging to advertising, wayfinding and more
  • Helping build and manage visual identity systems that scale across channels, mediums, geographies, and languages
  • Working with partners to implement the system cross-functionally (products, in-restaurant experience, marketing)
  • Keeping assets up to date, organized, and easily accessible for others
  • Being a brand/design champion across the organization to drive higher standards for design and design consistency
  • Digital design fluency, along with mad print skills
  • Experience building and following processes and procedures that allow an organization to scale

About you

  • You have a multichannel mindset and experience in producing work across different touchpoints
  • You have a solid understanding of design best practices
  • You keep up to speed with the latest trends in tech, advertising, fashion, art and design
  • You’re confident taking a leading role in the delivery of projects ensuring brand consistency
  • You have experience running design projects, from ideation and research through to presenting mock-ups and producing final assets
  • You have experience planning and budgeting complex design projects, writing briefs and working with cross-functional teams
  • You’re a curious visual thinker, always on the lookout for new ways of working and improving your creative output
  • You’re thinking big but are also obsessed with detail such as typography, print materials, illustration etc.
  • Having an interest and/or understanding of image editing, animation, motion graphics and video production will be a plus
  • An interest in design for Food and Beverage industry and packaging, is not required, but if you’re a Dieline enthusiast and have been daydreaming about starting your own food brand just so you can design packaging for it – we’re pretty sure this job will be perfect for you
