Senior Conveyancer / CLC / CILEx

Based in Ross-on-Wye, our client’s conveyancing department have opportunities for Conveyancers / Property Executives to work in a non-volume team with exposure to both local and panel work with clients across the UK.

This brand-new role will be able to offer realistic workloads, around 70 cases, as well as excellent legal assistant support from day one.

You will be working alongside highly regarded professionals within conveyancing and will be able to work in an autonomous way.

You will be handling non-volume Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 4 years’ experience handling a range of conveyancing matters. As the firm grows and develops so will your career so now is a fantastic time to join them in their expansion.
