An Excellent opportunity for an Experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established Company based in Doncaster!

The Company

They are a successful Civil Engineering and Groundworks Contractor. They work solely in the New Build Sector constructing roads, sewers and plots to DPC level together with associated works.

They are currently expanding and looking to recruit a keen, motivated, and hardworking individual for the position of Senior Contracts Manager within the business.

Role

The ideal candidate should currently operate at a senior level in a similar role and have experience with one or all of the following sectors

Civils.

New Build Speculative Housing.

Highways.

Duties And Responsibilities

Working on Civil Engineering, New Build and Highway Schemes.

Monitoring progression on site, and day to day operations.

Call off materials, plant, and equipment on site.

Assessment of sub-contractors quality and progress.

Monitor performance against the contract programme.

Maintaining and building a proactive culture towards the health and safety of all aspects of the site.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and sub-contractors on each contract.

Attend progress meetings where required.

Reporting directly to Company stakeholders on a regular basis with regards to the performance of the contract.

Candidate Requirements

At least 2 years experience within a similar role.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and to programme.

Full UK Driving Licence.

SMSTS.

Package

Full time position.

Salary dependent upon experience from £60,000.00.

Profit related bonus scheme.

Fully expensed Company vehicle.

Option for future promotion and shareholding within the business.
