We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the team that won Best Small Agency 2020 at the AURA research industry awards last year and is shortlisted again this year. We are customer-centricity specialists - our purpose is to help our client’s businesses grow by making their customers’ lives better. We do this by delivering the customer voice into the business in ways that are powerful enough to create change: Customer Closeness programmes; strategic recommendations based on consumer insight; training on how to be ’purposefully curious about your consumer’.

Your Responsibilities

  • Nurture client relationships
  • Write new business proposals
  • Set up, moderate, identify and deliver insight and recommendations from consumer insight projects
  • Set up (manage customer recruitment, write discussion guides and stimulus) and deliver Customer Closeness sessions
  • Be constantly curious about consumer behaviour and new ways to help businesses be more customer-centric
  • Contribute to development of new IP
  • Be a positive energy-giver and proactive member of the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in insight or consumer-led strategy or training delivery
  • Can mentally zoom in and out: think ’big picture’ and know the devil is in the detail
  • Very happy moderating, facilitating and presenting in front of an audience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
