The opportunity

Our Digital HR Transformation and Technology offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting our clients to navigate the Digital HR agenda, all in service of the employee experience. This includes leveraging the power of ServiceNow to optimise the HR function to better serve the enterprise. We are looking for both experienced candidates across the public and private sector.

The successful candidate will be a business-focussed ServiceNow delivery professional with a passion for embracing the implementation of supporting technology as well as the ever-evolving approaches and methods of delivering transformation projects.

As a member of our Digital HR Transformation and Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. Our focus is on achieving business outcomes for our clients as opposed to simply delivering a technical answer.

Your key responsibilities

We are now seeking experienced ServiceNow consultants with experience in supporting Employee centric implementations.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organisations achieve business results through the application of technical solutions. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate should demonstrate:
  • Experience supporting client consultations focussing on the project delivery and solution implementation of ServiceNow technology to innovate client HR and Service Delivery systems
  • Preparing materials for designing and delivering immersive client workshops shaping their innovation agenda and technology roadmaps
  • Supporting application and workflow configuration
  • Guiding clients through Service Now HR service delivery and solution design in complement to their core HRIS
  • Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
  • Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform
  • Providing advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to business improved performance
  • Understanding and bringing in your experience with broader HRIS solutions
  • Playing a key role in supporting clients and delivery teams with the adoption of new technology innovation
  • Working as a key part of a project team(s), work streams and workforce optimisation interventions in a broad range of industry sectors
  • Developing detailed implementation roadmaps, developing risk mitigation and governance plans to manage project reporting
  • Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale

  • Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Experience working with ServiceNow with a focus on employee experience and HR Service delivery
  • Ideally prefer relevant certification with ServiceNow
  • Track record of delivering business value in a market-competitive manner
  • Experience supervising junior colleagues, ideally both onshore and offshore
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
