The opportunity

Our Digital HR Transformation and Emerging Technology offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting our clients to navigate the Digital HR agenda, all in service of the employee experience. This covers the application of emerging technologies such as RPA, IA and other cloud-based solutions to optimise the HR function whilst improving the people experience. We are looking for experienced candidates with relevant experience across the public and private sector.

As a member of our Digital HR Transformation and Emerging Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas. Our focus is on achieving business outcomes for our clients as opposed to simply delivering a technical answer.

Your key responsibilities

We are now seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with experience in the Talent Attraction & Recruitment space. Candidates should have an understanding of the Talent Attraction processes, operating models and employee experience as well as having hands on experience working with core and Emerging Technology e.g. ATS, CRM.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team that focuses on Talent Attraction innovation in pursuit of enabling a world class candidate experience. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent technical skills, communication skills, integrate into new teams, and rapidly establish relationships. More specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Delivering on projects utilising Emerging Technologies to enable clients to innovate and deliver on their talent agenda e.g. AI based recruitment and onboarding products in addition to core Recruitment capabilities in SAP, Workday and Oracle
  • Supporting client consultations focusing on emerging technology capabilities, vendor selection and implementation methodologies and approaches for new Application Tracking Systems (ATS), standalone Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems, HCM software, AI, VR, chatbots and other leading technology
  • Contributing to service delivery on HR Transformation projects that are implementing Emerging Technology solutions
  • Ability to understand the design, delivery and execution of the full life cycle HR technology and service delivery transformation programs
  • Provide insight to clients on the current and future landscape of emerging technology that is disrupting the talent attraction process, buying trends, employee experiences and to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Prepare materials for designing and delivering immersive client workshops shaping their innovation agenda and technology roadmaps
  • Ability to consider the broader business context and implications and not just the immediate challenge or task in hand when advising clients
  • Play a key role in supporting clients and delivery teams with the adoption of new technology innovation
  • Working as a key part of a project team(s), work streams and workforce optimisation interventions in a broad range of industry sectors
  • Develop detailed implementation roadmaps, develop risk mitigation and governance plans and manage project reporting
  • Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale

To qualify for the role you must have

You will have already achieved outstanding personal success in your current job and established yourself as an experienced Senior Consultant, HR Technologist and/or talent attraction specialist with design, implementation and operational experience in a number of the following areas:
  • Experience working with Emerging Technology in the talent attraction lifecycle from concept through execution and ongoing operations
  • Ideally supported design and implementation on at least two large-scale HR Transformation projects with a Talent Attraction focus
  • Track record of delivering business value in a market-competitive manner
  • Experience supervising junior colleagues both onshore and offshore
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds

Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
  • A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are also desirable but not critical
