Senior Conference Producer – Tech Infrastructure Events

Base Salary up to £40K + Good commission which is paid quarterly.

London office – Hybrid 2 days in the office + Lots of International Travel

The company:

Global experts in business-to-business information services. The team we are hiring for produces b2b tech infrastructure conferences across the world. They have ambitious growth plans for the next 3 years that include growing existing events, launching new events and continuing to add real value to the digital tech infrastructure sector.

The role:

• The team currently produces 7-8 global events with launches planned (USA, Nordics, Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe).
• This producer will produce 3-4 events and the portfolio will be a mix of existing, launches, conferences and awards.
• There is a big focus on growth across the division and there are lots of new international locations being developed so plenty of opportunity to travel.
• You will work alongside sales, marketing and operations supporting and collaborating throughout the project.

You:

• Ideally, looking for a conference producer with circa 2 years experience.
• You must be skilled and confident to independently produce conferences from start to finish.
• You will be the face of the business, it’s important you are confident, outgoing, professional, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Business level Spanish language skills would be advantageous

This is not an event management or operations role, it’s pure production so lots of research, agenda building, advisory board creation & management, speaker recruitment and project leading.

The team:

You will report to the Head of Content and work alongside 2 producers. This team works very closely with the other conference production teams in the office, from a work and social perspective. They socialize together and are very supportive of each other. The team is outgoing and confident.
