Job Title:Senior Community Executive (Permanent)
Reports To:Founder
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Location: Hybrid
Holidays: 25 days per year plus bank holiday
Role Overview
Reporting to the Founder, the Senior Community Executive will play an integral part of the team, responsible for building, nurturing, and developing the Be Inclusive Hospitality community. The community is made up of companies and individuals within the hospitality, food, and drink sectors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and increase the Be Inclusive community including members, ambassador, and mentors.
  • Co-ordinate and manage professional development programmes including mentorship schemes and scholarships.
  • Design and delivery of community workshops
  • To support and/or lead the organisation of member events.
  • Content creation for the blog on the website.
  • Content creation for both member and partner newsletters.
  • Maintaining the members databases, producing a report where necessary.
  • Actively support the founder on new business and partner opportunities.
  • Actively account manage partners to ensure value add.
  • Management of social media accounts.

  • Educated to degree level.
