Senior Communications ManagerLocation: Slough (1-2 days WFH) CPL Life Sciences are currently working with a global healthcare leader who are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to provide communications support across their core divisions within the UK and Ireland. The post holder will support all of the companys divisions across and will work closely with their Director of Communications. Youll also work closely with the senior leadership teams. The role will primarily focus on external comms (including media relations, increasing brand awareness, writing press releases, drafting Q&As and some issues management), but there will be a small element of internal comms involved too. This role will suit someone who is flexible and can work with different audiences, as youll be working across a variety of different business areas which will include manufacturing, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Key responsibilities:Implement internal and external communications programmes across the UK & IrelandUse both traditional communications channels and digital/social media channels to execute communications activitiesBe responsible for media relations which will include working with media partners, providing media training to senior leadership teams, writing press releases and drafting Q&AsBuild and protect the organisations reputation through external communication activities some issues management work may also be required Requirements:Experience in communications within the healthcare industryExperience at Manager/Senior Manager levelExperience of using a range of different communications channels including digital and social media platformsIdeally be degree-qualified within a relevant subject matter If you would like to hear more, please apply within or send your CV to Rhianna.bellamy@cpl.com
